The Project Management is performed by the Project Coordinator (AustriaTech) consisting of tasks such as acting as the first point of contact for the EC/INEA, coordinating information flows between the project partners, handling technical, administrative, financial and legal matters as well as convening, participating in and moderating the CROCODILE Steering Committee. AustriaTech shall furthermore monitor the achievement of milestones in accordance to the working programme with the partners of the CROCODILE corridor, create and maintain the detailed work programme and ensure an appropriate quality and timely delivery of Progress/Interim/Deviation/Final reports.
The objective of the communication sub-activity is to inform public and private stakeholders, authorities and end-users of progress and results of the CROCODILE corridor. This especially goes with the end-user services including press releases and press campaigns for awareness rising within the end-user community. Dissemination activities during the lifetime of the CROCODILE corridor include leaflets and brochures in all beneficiaries‘ languages, including an English version for the European public, as well as press releases and web dissemination. In addition there will be technical workshops based on the needs of the CROCODILE corridor partners that will be open to stakeholders not participating in CROCODILE and thus incorporating external views.
